A METHOD TO MEASURE THE SIMILARITY DEGREE OF INTUITIONISTIC FUZZY SETS BASED ON THE POSSIBILITY DEGREE
基于可能度的一种直觉模糊集相似度测量方法

The method of measuring the similarity degree between two intuitionistic fuzzy sets is studied. A possibility degree formula for the comparison between two intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is defined, and some properties of the formula is given. On the basis of the possibility degree formula, a new similarity measure for intutionistic fuzzy sets is presented, and then, the advantages and the disadvantages of the similarity measure formula are analyzed. Finally, it will provide better methods to apply intuitionistic fuzzy sets to decision making, pattern recognition and medical diagnostic reasoning.
