CONTROLLABILITY AND OBSERVABILITY OF ABSTRACT BOUNDARY VALUE SYSTEMS
边值系统的能控性与能观测性问题

The controllability and observability of initial value systems are extended to abstract boundary value systems in this paper. Some sufficient and necessary conditions about controllability of the boundary value systems and the dual relations between controllability and observability are obtained. As applications, the controllability of hypoelliptic equation and transport equation is studied.
