REACHABILITY,OBSERVABILITY AND REALIZATION THEORY OF DYNAMIC SYSTEMS OVER QUASI-FIELDS

In this paper,the criterion of the reachability and observability for dynamic sys-tems over quasi-fields is given and a sufficient condition for the existence of the mini-mal rank realization is cbtained.It is pointed out that the minimal rank realization isnot unique and may not be completely reachable.
