ON THE GLOBAL ASYMPTOTIC BEHAVIOR OF THE GENERALIZED LI(?)NARD EQUATION

In this paper,the global asymptotic behavior of the generalized Liénard equa-tion \dot{x}+f(x)\dot{x}+g(x)=e(x),where e(t) is absolutely integrable is studied.Necessary and sufficient conditions for all solutions and their derivatives to convergeto zero are provided.
