STABILITY OF LOCALLY MASS-CONSERVING HIGHER ORDER-LOWHOOD ELEMENTS

In this paper, the methods discussed by R.W.Thatcher4] have been applied to higher-order locally mass-conserving Taylor-Hood elements P3-P2 and Qn-Qn-1. The stability of these new elements is proved.
