FEEDBACK CONTROL OF A CLASS OF FLEXIBLE SYSTEMS WITH IMPLEMENTABLE FINITE DIMENSIONAL CONTROLLERS

In this paper,feedback control of a class of flexible systems with implementable finite di-mensional controllers is discussed.The main results are as follows:1)It is proved by the spectral analysis method and the unconditional base theory that thisclass of systems are strictly dissipative distributed parameter systems.2)A sufficient condition for the reduced-order models of this class of systems to becontrollable and observable is presented.3)A finite dimensional controller is designed to endow the clised-loop system with betterstable property.
