In this paper, we study the growth and the value distributions of random series in the place with coefficients $\{X_n,n\geq 0\}$, which are $\ii-$ mixing random sequences, satisfying $\cc E|X_n|>0, \pp E|X_n|^q<\infty$, $(q>1)$ and other suitable conditions, and obtain some new results.
