In this paper we estimate the aperiodie autocorrelation funetions of complex-valuedq-elements m-sequences by using the methods of6].Based on these estimates we provethat a kind of M-Sequences are asymptotie orthogonal eodes by using the piecewise li-nearization for M-sequences and the limit theorem for large deviations from the binomaldistribution.
