THE EXTENDED ENERGY-INPUT-OCCUPANCY-OUTPUT MODEL OF THE NON-COMPETITIVE IMPORTS TYPE
|
Abstract:
At present most of Input-Output Model (IOM) used in energy study is competitive. This model doesn't make any difference in national and imported products. If the amount of foreign trade is too large, the results of total energy consumption and total value added by unit final demand should be seriously distorted. This paper provides a new energy-Input-Occupancy-Output model of the non-competitive imports type. First the structure and principal balance equations of the new model are presented; computing method and main application of the new model are given.
