In this article, the Stampacchia generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problem is introduced, and the existence of solution is studied by virtue of the new concept of $C$-diagonally quasi-convex. Since the problem includes many variational inequality problems and equilibrium problems as special cases, the existence theorems extend and improve some existing results in the recent references: 1) releasing the restriction to the continuity of the mapping; 2) extending the mapping from numeric type to vector type.
