$L^{p}$-Boundedness for the Maximal Multilinear Singular Integral Operator of ${\it \theta}$-Type Calderon-Zygmund Kernel

The maximal multilinear singular integral operator of $\theta$-type Calder$\acute{o}$n-Zygmund kernel is discussed, and the $L^{p}$-boundedness for this kind of maximal operators is proved.
