Synthesis, Characterization of Carbon Nanotubes and Prospects of Application in Electronic Field
碳纳米管的制备、表征及其在电子领域中的应用

Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) have novel properties and prospects of application for their special structure. In this paper, structure and properties of CNTs were summarized shortly. Relatively detailed review was given on preparation, characterization and applications of CNTs in electronic field.
