The comparative study for both crystallization velocity and crystallization extent in the Fe_(73.5)Cu_1Nb_3Si_(13.5)B_9 non-crystalline alloy treated by the shock wave technique and annealing

Abstract:
A series of experiments on the amorphous alloys Fe 73.5Cu 1Nb 3Si 13.5B 9 were made by way of annealing treatment and shock wave technique. The experimental results of both crystallization velocity and crystallization extent of the samples after the shock wave crystallization were summed up and discussed. It is further proved that nano-crystallization of the amorphous alloy under shock waves is an abundantly meaningful crystallization phenomenon implying a novel mechanism, and the model of fluid-change for shock wave crystallization is feasible.
