Aharnov-Borm effect with magnetic charges
有磁单极子存在下的Aharnov-Bohm效应

We discussed the Aharnov-Borm Effect by introducing a doublet of electromagnetic four dimensional vector potentials with SO(2) symmetry and gave out its new formulation. In this formulation, we obtained the interacting affection among the electric charge, magnetic charge and their geometrical phase, and also discovered that there would be a new change in topological character if assuming the existence of magnetic monopoles.
