Effect of atomic disorder fluctuation on the stability of photoinduced polarization inversion
|
Abstract:
Under the influence of exoteric surrounding such as defect, temperature effect and adulteration, the stability of biexciton state photoinduced polarization inversion was studied, by means of stimulation with square and Gaussian random parameters. It was found that the photoinduced polarization inversion remains steadily when the atomic disorder fluctuation was less than 0.0148nm. The photoinduced polarization inversion disappeared when the lattice disorder ranges from 0 to a quarter of the lattice constant. The relationship of confinement constant t e and photoinduced polarization inversion was studied. The reasons of normal polarization origin from the strong lattice disorder were also discussed.
