The dc Josephson Current in s-ware superconductor/Insu lator/d x2-y2 -save superconductor junctions

Using Bogoliubov-de Gennes equations and Furuski-Tsukada formula for the Josephson current,we calculate the dc Josephson current in s-wave superconductor/Insulator/d x 2-y 2-wave superconductor junctions(s/I/d) with a rough interface.It is found that the Josephson effect depends on strongly the crystalline axis orientation of d-wave superconductor in s/I/d junction.The dc Josephson currents are suppreesed by the rough interface scattering.
