Isolation and Identification of Three Actinomycete Strains with Strong Insecticidal Activity for Armyworm
三株杀粘虫放线菌的分类鉴定

Actinomycete strains YIM 31331,YIM 31333,YIM 31355, which had strong insecticidal activity for armyworm,Mythimna separata (Walker),were isolated from the soil samples collected from Lijiang and Zhongdian,Yunnan Province. Based on the polyphasic studies, including its morphology, physiological and biochemical characteristics, chemotaxonomy and 16S rDNA sequence analysis, them were proposed as known species of genus Streptomyces,Dactylosporangium and Streptosporangium namely Streptomyces subrutilus(YIM31331),Dactylosporangium aurantiacum(YIM31333),Streptosporangium vulgare(YIM31355).
