Enzyme engineering course mainly concerning about enzyme production and application is one of the major courses of biological engineering major. In order to improve teaching effects, the methods of giving lecture on Enzyme Engineering were discussed based on the practice of our college. During the course, a teacher should select the most suitable book, optimize teaching contents, reform teaching methods and teaching means and consummate the examination form.
