Abstract:

从秦巴山区中国红豆杉茎和根中分离得到一批内生真菌, 其中一株内生真菌LB-10的发酵液经紫外分光光度法、HPLC和HPLC-MS分析, 表明其代谢产物中存在紫杉醇, 含量为846.1 μg/L。通过形态学研究、ITS序列分析, 确定该菌株为绿僵菌。
