Isolation and Identification of a Bacillus sp. Starin

Abstract:
A Bacillus sp. strain P-25 was isolated from soil nearby the henhouse of Institute of Animal Sciences, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. This bacterium was identified as Bacillus cereus by analyses of its morphological and biochemical properties and 16S rRNA sequence.
