Research Progress in Water Extraction Method And Chemical Assisted Extraction Method of Fungal Polysaccharides
真菌多糖水提及化学辅助提取方法研究进展

Polysaccharides derived from mushrooms have attracted much attention of research in the past three to four decades because of their potent anti-tumor, anti-senility and immunomodulation properties. In this paper, some extraction methods for fungal polysaccharides, including water extraction, acid extraction, alkaline extraction and enzyme extraction etc., were discussed. The mechanism, application and influence of different factors in the extraction process about these methods were furthermore analyzed.
