Phylogenetic Relationships in the Genus Psilocybe and Their Identification
裸盖菇属的真菌鉴定及分子系统学初探

Many species of genus Psilocybe contain the hallucinogenic compounds,which are controlled as class A drugs in China. In most cases,these fungi samples are powder,so it's difficult to identify by morphological characters. Internal transcribed sequence (ITS) analysis was used to identify the fungi and study the phylogenetic relationship of genus Psilocybe. The method can identify the fungi in genus level and the phylogenetic tree indicates that genus Psilocybe is probably polyphyletic.
