Pathogenic microorganism always is influencing factor of the aquatic product security. In this paper, the main pathogenic microorganisms and their pollution actuality in the current aquatic products were expatiated, rapid detection of pathogenic microorganisms on the progress of new technology was introduced, and the prevention measures and proposals how to control the pollution of pathogenic microorganisms in aquatic products were put forward.
