On relation between heavy metal available contents of soil determined by different extractants and of maize organs
土壤有效态重金属提取剂选择的研究

The relation between heavy metal contents of soil and of maize organs in Huludao city was studied.The available heavy metals in soil were extracted by five different extractants,i.e.0.1 mol/L HCl,0.05 mol/L EDTA-2Na,0.1 mol/L CaCl2,0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc and 0.05 mol/L DTPA,and a new extractant was reported.The results showed that there were significant correlations between the available heavy metal contents of soil extracted by different extractants and of the roots,stems and leaves of maize,but the correlations between Zn and Cu contents of soil and of the seeds of mazie were insignificant.However,significant correlation was found between the heavy metal contents of soil extracted by citric-tartkc and of the seeds of maize.This extracting method could be helpful to estimate the heavy metal contents in the seeds of maize.
