MEASURING CONIDIAL COUNT OF BEAUERIA BASSANA CONIDIAL POWDER BY HEMOCYTOMETER
分光光度法测定白僵菌孢子粉的含孢量

In the present paper, the conidial count of Beauveria bassiana conidial powder determined by hemocytometer was studied. After diluted with the selected surfactant"SF1", the acquired conidial suspension was tested for absorbance at the wavelengths of 470nm with model 721 spectophotometer. The regression equation of absorbance (x) and conidial count (y) from hemocytometer counting was y=10 0.8895x 6.5869 (r=0. 9678). There was no significant difference to different strains. In measunng proceeding, the conidial suspension should be diluted by 1500-2000 fold.
