PREDICTION OF DEEP COALBED METHANE CONTENTS IN HUIMIN DEPRESSION

Abstract:
It is a hotspot question that how are normal oil and gas resources developed with unconventional coalbed methane resources at the same time in the basin with coal,oil and gas resources. Based on physical simulation of adsorption of different coal rank samples from adjacent coal mine of Huimin depression,and combined with measured data of temperatures and pressures of oil and gas wells, deep coalbed methane contents are predicted. The results show that coalbed methane contents of gas coal to fat coal in situ are about 5 m^3 per ton.
