EXPERIMENNTAL STUDY OF THE SOLUBILITY OF METHANE IN COALBED WATER
|
Abstract:
Based on experiments of the solubility of methane in coalbed water of different minefields of Qinshui basin in Shanxi Province, the influences of temperature, pressure, total salinity and its hydronium composes on the solubility of methane in coalbed water were discussed. They were suggested that organic matter in coalbed water leads usually to increase of the solubility of methane, that the influence of total salinity on the solubility of methane is marked when temperature and pressure are lower, that the solubility of methane reduces with the increases of Ca~(2 )and Mg~(2 )-content and that the more soluble methane in coalbed water was in Indo-Chinese and Yanshan epoch because of high temperature and pressure the more coalbed methane-escaping was with water runoff and the less soluble methane in coalbed water is nowadays because of low temperature and pressure the less coalbed methane-escaping is with slow water runoff.
