There are good oil and gas exploration prospect and diverse traps in the northern slope of the yinggehai basin. The outflows of oil and gas have been continuing for more hundred years. There are wide-ranging pits on the seabed and many abnormal reflections on the seismic profile. It shows that the basin is rich hydrocarbon one and the generating, transporting, converging, losing of oil and gas is balance now, so there are good plays in this area. But the exploration result is bad in this area. It is time to strengthen geological comprehensive study and to have the geological regular well in hand. We believe that insisting on exploration and study will result in significant discovering and open up a new prospect.
