There is no experience on underground gas storages rebuilt by oil reservoirs in China. Especially, by buried hill oil reservoirs even in foreign countries. On the basis of theories of constructing gas storage in foreign countries. The mechanism of gas drive in dual media oil reservoir, storage capacity, loss of gas, control of forming process and construction period are studied with practice experience in gas injection in Yanlin oil field. Many technical difficulties of rebuilding well Ren-11 buried hill oil reservoir as underground gas storage are solved. A series of theories and methods are established primarily.
