The sand bodies of the braided delta front are the main sandstone reservoirs of the Xujiahe formation in the western Sichuan foreland basin.The sand bodies are consisted of quartz sandstone and lithic sandstone with abundant impurity and lithic fragment.Field observation and(cast) thin-section analysis indicate: the reservoir of area is low porosity and low permeable reservoir.The main type of pores is the secondary porosity.The result of the successive research indicate: the types of reservoir in Xujiahe f...
