REVIEW OF THE STATE KEY PROJECTS FOR NATURAL GAS

Abstract:
Author's experience in taking part in the state key projects for natural gas in last 16 years has been reviewed. The research results of the author's group are also summarized, which is including the assessment and identification of source rock for natural gas. It shows that the implementation of the state key projects for natural gas is a good opportunity for young people to join scientific research and make contribution to the country. The paper is in memory of the 20th anniversary of the implementation of the state key projects for natural gas and a celebrition for the 50th anniversary of Academician Dai Jinxing in his geological career.
