Reclassification Research of Seismic Waveform Classification
|
Abstract:
Seismic facies classification based on seismic wave\|form division can effectively select and quickly recognize favorable exploration targets. In order to comprehensively understand the geological implication of the transversal variety of seismic signals, it is necessary to reclassify the facies of the preferred seismic facies, which will clearly display the geology detail of the favorable exploration target and directly provide reference to well site deployment. Quantitative analysis of seismic facies classification is the premise of reclassification of seismic facies, and the quality and resolution of seismic data determine the precision of seismic facies classification. In application, the first coarse seismic facies classification effectively identified the channel, crevasse\|splay, natural levee, alluvial flat and other subfacies etc, and the second fine reclassification aimed to the classified channel further identified the lateral bar, mid\|channel bar, main channel sand body and other microfacies of a fluvial channel. It shows the predominance of the reclassification of seismic facies in finely describing the geology body.
