Preparation of Magnoflorine from Chelidonii Herba
中药白屈菜中木兰碱的制备方法

The study was aimed to establish a method for the preparation of magnoflorine from Chelidonii Herba.The separation was performed on Macroporous resin and C18 column chromatography. The prepared magnoflorine was identified by HPLC and ESI-MS. The content of magnoflorine reached more than 90%. It was concluded that the method was simple, inexpensive, and suitable for the preparation of magnoflorine from Chelidonii Herba.
