CONCEPT AND STUDING STATUS OF PETROPHYSICAL FLOW UNIT IN PETROLEUM EXPLORATION AND DEVELOPMENT
岩石物理流动单元的概念及其研究现状

The concept of Petrophysical Flow Unit was first put forward in 1984. It is also named Reservoir Flow Unit. The technology of studing flow unit is applied in quantitative describing and evaluating petrophysical property of reservoirs in petrolum exploration and development. It is a new thought and intergrated technology in studing quantitatively properties of fluid flow in reservoir rocks and heterogeneous reservoirs based on analysis of sedimentary microfacies in high resolution and high frequency sequence stratigraphy framwork . The concept of petrophysical flow unit and studing status are reviewed in this paper. The intergrated techoniligy my be widely paied attention to in petroleum exploration and development in future.
