This study was aimed to analyze the health state of Shanghai Green Valley employees in order to summarize major Chinese medicine syndromes among these employees. Comprehensive Chinese medical information health collection was conducted with the four diagnostic laboratory information gathering scale. The reliability and validity of this scale has been assessed. All 148 employees from Shanghai Green Valley have been evaluated with the scale. SPSS 15.0 was used in the information analysis. The results showed characteristics of inquired symptoms, tongue, complexion, pulse and other information of the staff. It is concluded that the combination of all four diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine revealed most of the constitutional characteristics of staff from the Shanghai Green Valley. It also prompted the most easily occurred Chinese medicine syndromes.
