The Material Basis of TCM Properties Based on Pharmacophore
基于药效团的药性物质基础研究

Study on the material basis of the Properties of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is critical for the modernization of TCM theories. This paper presents a hypothesis, that is, materials determine the TCM properties, and there exists some relationship between the common attribution of the material basis and the TCM properties. This hypothesis is then proved by the Identification Technology of Active Clusters to identify the active clusters from the Material Medica of Activating Blood Circulation (ABC). This may become an innovative method to study the material basis of TCM Properties.
