The Preliminary Study on Histochemistry Localization of Alkaloid in Cremastra appendiculata (D.Don) Kakino
|
Abstract:
Alkaloid distribution in vegetative organs of Cremastra appendiculata was observed by means of histochemistry localization. The results showed that the whole-plant of C. appendiculata contained alkaloid. The alkaloid in pseudobulbs and leaves might be the similar type, while the alkaloid types in roots are different from those in the other organs. The alkaloid content in pseudobulbs was the highest, followed by leafstalks and leaf blades.
