Study on Genetic Diversity of Trollius Chinensis Germplasms by AFLP
|
Abstract:
Trollius chinensis is one of the commonly used herbs in China. The study on genetic variation of T.chinensis has important significance for the breeding program.Genetic diversity of eight T.chinensis germplasms were analyzed by Amplified Fragment Length Polymorphisms(AFLP).The genetic and phylogenetic statistic data were analyzed by the software of POPGENE and NTSYS.Finally, eight out of sixty-four AFLP primer combinations can be used to distinguish all T.chinensis germplasms tested in the study. The result indicated that T.chinensis in geographic regions at close range has higher genetic similarity. Therefore, the cultivation of T.chinensis in different areas may result in genetic variations.
