A portable glossoscopy system is made up of a digital camera,an online video server,and a notebook computer. The system is so designed that it can transmit video data through either WLAN or INTERNET. It can be used to collect tongue images in a highly risky environment,or be used for remote medical treatment. Tongue images collected can be further processed using the HSV color space technique.
