Methodology for Determining Major Components in Herbal Complex Using LC/MS/MS
利用LC／MS检测中药总成分中各大类成分含量的方法学探讨

This paper examines the total elements of a Chinese complex(YL2000)using LC-MS.Based on the chemical structure(analogue),and using standard compounds as a reference,the total flavonoids,total alkaloids,and total coumarins have been determined.The quantity of three elements is similar to the quantity produced by the UV test. This is the first attempt to determine the total quantity of an element in a herbal complex,which may eventually be- come part of the TCM element quality control process.
