Study on Crystal of Cordycepin by Infrared Spectrum and Powder X-Ray Diffraction Patterns

Abstract:
This study aimed to establish the standard spectrum and characteristic spectrum of crystal of cordycepin. Infrared spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction were applied in the analysis of two crystal types of cordycepin. The characteristic peak values of two different crystal forms of cordycepin were obtained by the infrared spectrum and powder X-ray diffraction patterns. The result showed that characteristics of the spectrum are different according to different crystal forms of cordycepin. It is concluded that this method can be used in the identification and further development of cordycepin. It also provides references for the study and detection of crystal formed solid drugs.
