Apoptosis Induced By Solanum Lyratum on Ovarian Carcinoma Cell SKOV3
白英甾体皂苷组分诱导人卵巢癌细胞SKOV3凋亡的研究

We investigated the effects of inhibition and apoptosis induction of the monomer of Solanum lyratum on ovarian carcinoma cell SKOV3 in vitro. The antitumor effect was studied using MTT assay, Giemsa and Wright' s staining, flow cytometry, and the mechanism was investigated using Caspase - 3 and Caspase - 9 assay. Study results show that the monomer of Solanum lyratum significantly inhibits the growth of SKOV3, induces apoptosis, blocks cell cycle, and activates Caspase- 3 and Caspase- 9.
