Patent Issues for TCM into ASEAN Market
广西开拓东盟中药市场的专利问题研究

This paper presents an in-depth review of Guangxi originated TCM trade in ASEAN countries, through an analysis and comparison of existing patent data. A number of responding strategies are also proposed for the purpose.
