Measuring Inosine in Agkistrodon halys Using HPLC/M S

Authors developed an approach to measure inosine in A.halys(Pallas) using HPLC-MS/MS.They identified and measured inosine in A. halys(Pallas) using both HPLC and MS. The result showed that the snake had an inosine concentration of 0.5245mg/g in its body. It is concluded that the approach is simple to operate with accurate results, desirable for the quality control of application of A.halys(Pallas) as a medicine.
