Urine diagnosis using traditional means, especially the traditional Chinese medicinal means of Zheng, is unique and easy to be applied in the clinical environment, though it may appear rough. As a matter of fact, application of metabonomics in urine based diagnosis can be a plus. With a range of modern means, such as modeling, correlating, and comparing, one can improve the results of Zheng diagnosis, and have a better understanding of traditional theory of Zheng.
