Modeling of TCM clinical complex intervention evaluation is to know the intervention factors that may have an effect on the complex intervention, and to understand the timing of such an effect. It is also designed to understand the usefulness of such intervention, in an attempt to allow a wider application. At the same time, the modeling effort improves the utilization of medical resources. Authors believe that a new evaluation approach shall be effective in both reflecting the results of TCM diagnosis and treatment, and winning the recognition of the medical communities at home and abroad. This papers also lines up a range of issues on TCM clinical complex intervention evaluation modeling, and discusses them from different angles.
