Analysis on Occurrence Mechanism of the Clinically Significant Adverse Effects of TCM Injections and Proposing Thoughts and Methods on the Future Study of Early-warning Theories
中药注射液临床不良反应的机制分析及预警理论研究思路探讨

Based on the comprehensive analysis of the clinically significant adverse effects, such as skin lesions and shock, of traditional Chinese medicine injections (TCMI) from the reported literature together with the research results formerly and the current relevant theory, the author proposes that through analyzing allergy-induced skin lesions and pathological process of microcirculation dysfunction to study the regularity of origination and development and the pathological mechanisms of the clinical adverse effects of TCMI. On the base of discovering the mechanisms, the author tries to establish an early warning method for the clinical adverse effects of TCMI and it will provide the theory and technical assurance base for security application of TCMI.
