Abstract:
A method was established to quickly determine the total nitrogen content in Rukuaixiao tablet alcohol extracts us- ing the near-infrared spectroscopy (NIR).The NIR transmittance spectra of the samples were acquired at 4000~10000 cm-1.Different wave ranges and spectrum preprocessing methods were investigated in line with the evaluation perfor- mance parameters.A multivariate calibration model was developed to correlate the spectra,and the corresponding val- ues were determined using Micro-Kjeldahl Method.The...
