Study on Spatial Variability of Traits of Lysimachia Christinae Hance from Different Habitats
|
Abstract:
This study was aimed to investigate spatial variability of traits of Lysimachia christinae Hance. Twentyfive samples were collected from different habitats in China positioning by the Global Position System (GPS). Stem length, stem-diameter, internodal distance and leaf area were measured. And active ingredients were analyzed. Spatial trends and spatial variability of the traits of Herba Lysimachiae were determined using geostatistical methods. The results showed that there were significant differences between the quality and its habitats. There was moderate spatial correlation and surface trend for traits of L. christinae. It was concluded that the spatial variability of traits of L. christinae showed a high variability. The quality of Herba Lysimachiae from major habitats was lower than requirements recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010 Edition).
