Thinking and Scheme Design of Second Development of Patent Technologies for Chinese Medicine

The second development of patent technologies may bring about the subsidiary patents of them on the basis of the original patents so that enterprises are able to take inetiative in the field of technology. The thinking of the second development of patent technologies for Chinese medicine principally consists of the following four steps: the choice of technical areas, the retreaval of patents, the exploration of development points and the formation of new technical scheme. In the meantime, attention should be paid to the nature and demonstration of the original patents as well as the license of their implementation.
